How do I place an order?

Will I get a good seat?

For each show, our company and its representatives offer a variety of locations you may enjoy. Factors such as size of party, budget constraints, and availability will determine where you sit. Our desire is to place you where YOU want to be. 

All hotels and air reservations are made through a third party hosting website, and we are therefore unable to guarantee your location. 

 

Once I'm in Vegas, how do I get around? 

Vegas has multiple transportation options, ranging from chauffeured limosines and luxurious sedans to the Big Bus travel tour. We offer a full range of options here. In addition to private transportation, taxis are available all throughout the city, and walking is a popular way to see the sights and sounds of the Las Vegas Strip. 


Are there any kid-friendly things to do in Vegas? 

There is a huge variety of attractions in Las Vegas, both on and off the Strip. Take a look at all the options here. 

 

How do I know when a performer is coming to Vegas? 

Each page of our site has the hottest events in Las Vegas showcased! If you don't see a specific performer, please use the search bar on the right of each page to find out when your idol is coming to Las Vegas.

 

What type of tickets do you carry?

We carry tickets to all concerts, shows, sporting events, tours, and attractions. If it requires admission, we have it.

 

Can I get a refund? 

All tickets purchased through us are final sale. If your event is cancelled, we will offer you a full in-house credit or a refund at face value. For more information on ticket refunds, click here! 

As for your hotel or air reservation, we strongly suggest that you contact our host, Orbitz. They are available via phone 24/7 at 1-(844)663-2266. 

All reservations for spas, golfing, nightlife, or dining are directly through the property. Each property has their own refund policy and we recommend you call the property directly to discuss your options.


How is my ticket pricing determined? (Or "Why are some tickets above face value?")

1800LasVegas.com is not associated with any venue, theater, or ticketing company (such as Ticketmaster). As an independent business we charge a premium above the face value for our tickets. This premium does vary from event to event, and reflects the costs involved in obtaining quality seating for you, our customer. The additional fees vary per ticket based on many factors such as availability, desirability, difficulty in obtaining, and lead-time.


How do I get my tickets?

We have three choices for you to receive your tickets - FedEx, courier delivery within Las Vegas, or you may pick up your tickets at our office. For FedEx delivery, tickets can normally be sent to your verified address. For more information see our shipping and delivery policies. For courier delivery, we use an express courier service that requires a signature. For office pickup, we are located at 5030 Paradise Road, Suite B108, Las Vegas, NV 89119.

 

I see a spa section. How do I make a reservation? 

1800LasVegas.com is honored to provide information for all Las Vegas spas, nightlife, golf, and dining options! We do not handle reservations for these options, but have provided their contact information for your convenience.


Can I speak with a live person?

Of course! You may call us at any time to speak with a fully trained live representative and place your order in that manner. Call one of our courteous representatives at 1-800-LasVegas

 

What kinds of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, money orders or Cashier's checks.


May I buy tickets for someone else?

Yes, you may - but special arrangements would have to be made if they are to be shipped to or picked up by someone other than the verified credit card holder. This is for your protection and ties into our credit card confidentiality policies.


What about sold out events?

Not only does 1800LasVegas handle all arrangements for inbound travel, but we also specialize in sold out and high demand events. Have a special request or need a specific seat, call our office and an entertainment specialist with be happy to assist you


Will you buy my extra tickets?

Yes. 1800LasVegas.com will pay you top dollar for your extra tickets. We also have a consignment program. (Please call us directly for details).


Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes. You can purchase a gift certificate for any event anywhere.
